The Loan Advocate - We Fight for Your Lending Rights !!!

The loan advocate is a financial service provided by the Economic National Underprivileged Foundation (ENUF), a 501 C 3 Corporation, with a mission to revitalize the community, educate young adults on socio-economic issues through advocacy, and access to equity capital by promoting entrepreneurship. The Equity Capital Formation Project - A 5 billion dollar funding initiative receives capital from it the Equity Now Campaign service product the Loan Advocate. This capital is generated from the tax-deductible fee our clients or (Equity Partners) pay for the loan advocate service plus the negotiated fee or points from loan originations.

In the new millennium, for-profit corporations are seeking more from non-profit organizations. They require self sufficiency, self-sustain-ability while producing a service product that's meaningful and affordable for employees.

Service Components

The Loan Advocate serves individuals, small businesses, and corporate personnel with prime and sub-prime beacon scores. We provide twelve (12) months of Loan Advocacy to all financial institutions for any pending loan application they file. We also provide our Equity Partners loan referrals to institutions that are favorable to the Equity Now Campaign.
      The Loan Advocate assigns each "Equity-Partner" a Loan Consultant.
      The Loan Consultant creates a personal loan file for all Equity Partners.
      The Loan Consultant negotiates the best interest rates available on your loan.
      The Loan Consultant will advocate for your right to have fair lending practices.
      The Loan Consultant will assist with technical issues on your loan application.
